About the Course
The MARPOL Annex V course provides an essential understanding of the regulations governing the prevention of pollution by garbage from ships under the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL). As one of the six annexes of MARPOL, Annex V specifically addresses the control and management of garbage disposal at sea, aiming to minimize marine pollution caused by operational discharges of garbage.
